2/52. A portrait of someone I love (usually my son!), once a week, every week, in 2013.
Week two of the wildly fun 52 Project! I was surprised and excited by how many blogs came through my reader with 52 Project posts. What a great crew and furthermore, community.
I've been playing around with the video controls on my camera this week. While I was practicing my subject was usually Sylas so I decided I would do a video portrait this week rather than a photo. Here's a small clip from his exciting pizza making session. Please bear with my video skills as I practice. ;)

He was so busy!! Wooden play food is used a lot in our house too. The amount of wooden chocolate tort I have eaten is just plain embarrassing. What a lovely video; you have his sweet baby voice now frozen in time and that little voice changes in a blink of an eye.
ReplyDeleteHe was busy - too busy to talk to me that was for sure! His favorite thing to do is cook and we have lots and lots of wooden foods and plush foods here for him to roll play with. I was thinking the same thing about having his little voice frozen in time. I've been trying to catch him on video singing. It is CUTE.

Thank you so much! I just saw your 52 project photos and it will be great to check in on your project because you have many children at different ages. It will be neat to watch everyone change throughout the year. You have a beautiful week as well.
